The flats, which will be powered entirely by renewable energy, will be erected over three buildings and will house up to 1,500 people. "The Greystar team is ecstatic to have accomplished this critical milestone for the Gladstone Street project and to be celebrating with an official groundbreaking ceremony," Greystar managing director Australia Chris Key said.
