Environment ministers adhered to a deal on the proposal after Italy gave up demands for a fiveyear delay. Most car companies will have to shift to electric models in little more than a decade. The agreement defines member states negotiating stance for further talks with EU Parliament and European Commission. The firm that won SHRMs Better Workplaces Challenge Cup competition is Vinco, an education technology firm based in Monterrey, Mexico.
