After reiterating a stable outlook, Fitch Ratings has maintained Eurohold Bulgarias LongTerm Issuer Default Rating IDR of B and taken it off of Rating Watch Negative RWN. The shift in group structure and financial profile led to the decision. Given its structural subordination, Euroholds IDR is scored two levels lower than the deconsolidated profile. The assessment takes into account Euroholds intricate group structure, sizeable related party transactions, and poorer level of financial transparency compared to its EU counterparts.
