"Universal I Assess" enables surveyors to evaluate car damage and provide realtime claim estimates by utilising neural network image processing, machine learning, and natural language processing. The technology reduces fraud and expedites settlements by taking pictures of the damage, identifying vehicle features, evaluating the severity of the damage, and producing an autoassessed claims estimate. When combined with a surveyor app, it improves the effectiveness of workflow.
