The CEO of Nvidia, Jensen Huang, declared that the companys nextgeneration AI chip platform, Rubin, will go on sale in 2026. New networking chips, graphics processing units GPUs, and central processing units CPUs dubbed Versa will be available in the Rubin family. Nextgeneration highbandwidth memory from Samsung, Micron, and SK Hynix will be included in these GPUs. Every year, Nvidia intends to double the number of AI chip families it releases compared to previously. Nvidia, which holds an 80% market share in AI processors, is a significant contributor to and benefit of the expanding AI industry.
