Due to increased scams and fraud, Chase UK, JP Morgans British digital bank, will block customers from doing Bitcoin transactions from October 16th. Customers cannot conduct crypto transactions using their debit cards or bank transfers. The bank voiced concerns about cryptocurrency payment fraud and scams and recommended customers exercise caution while utilising alternative providers. Chases goal is to protect customers, and the company cited increased crypto fraudrelated losses revealed by UK regulators.
