SEON, an antifraud platform that examines a customers digital footprint to weed out false accounts and prevent fraudulent transactions, has acquired Complytron, a Budapestbased compliance and AML specialist firm. The deals terms were not made public, but sources told TechCrunch that it was worth around €2.5 million. SEON competes with Emailage, Iovation, and Threatmetrix, and raised $94 million in Series B funding last year led by Silicon Valleybased IVP.
