The sale includes all shares in its subsidiaries, including the renewablepowered TAS01 data center and Secure Data Centre in Darwin. A share placement worth an estimated $2.1 million will fund DXNs operation until the transaction is completed. In a cash flow report last month, DXN indicated its business was cash flow negative, which it attributed to delayed projects and vendors responding to supply shortages.
