Astrophysics Stratospheric Telescope for High Spectral Resolution Observations at Submillimeterwavelengths ASTHROS is targeted for launch no earlier than December 2023. The primary objective would be to observe farinfrared wavelengths of light that are blocked by the Earths atmosphere. Astronomical Survey of Recorded Universe ASTHROS will be launched from NASAs Long Duration Balloon Facility in Antarctica.
