The problem involves a thirdparty ransomware attack and unauthorised access. By December 14, Johnson Controls hopes to release its fourthquarter and yearend financial statements. According to the corporation, certain of its systems that support or provide data needed in financial reporting experienced difficulties as a result of the cybersecurity attack.
