However, after Russia entered Ukraine in February 2022, trading Ozons securities on Nasdaq was suspended. Ozon is voluntarily delisting despite two unsuccessful appeals because there are no plans to resume trade on Nasdaq. The goal of this action is to lower compliance expenses.
