The group, which consists of The Construction and Building Unions Superannuation Fund, MLC Investment, and HarbourVest Partners, raised its offer to $1.60 per share. Major stakeholder Grok Ventures, the private investment company run by Atlassian cofounder Mike CannonBrookes and his wife Annie, supported an original $660 million plan in September.
