An NLRB spokeswoman says the agency has wellestablished processes for raising challenges regarding election matters. A whistleblower has told the National Labor Relations Board that Starbucks improperly interfered with union elections in Seattle and Buffalo, New York. The company is also facing 284 charges of unfair labor practices from the union.
