As part of this sale, the Brazilian government requested the purchase of 222 FGM148 Javelin antitank missiles and 33 Javelin Command Launch Units CLU. The prime contractor for this proposed sale is the Javelin Joint Venture JJV between Lockheed Martin and Raytheon.
