PNE, a German wind farm developer, has entered the Spanish renewable energy market by acquiring a 51 percent stake in Coliaenergia ESPAA Kolya, a company that develops largescale solar projects. For an undisclosed sum, PNE purchased the Kolya stake from Consultoria Industrial Beaguihe and Garisun Renovables. PNEs photovoltaic PV pipeline has grown by more than 40% to a total of 4.22GWp by acquiring the shares and Kolyas pipeline of 1.81GWp PV projects. In addition to approximately 804MWp for third parties, Kolyas 1.81GWp solar PV pipeline includes about 1GWp capacity for its project development. Read More..
